Rental Details
- Rentals are charged hourly (full hours only)
- Two-hour minimum per rental
- Rental time must include setup and cleanup
- Refundable deposit equal to 25% of full rental fee OR one hour of room rental, whichever is greater
Rental rates are based on resident and non-resident status. For community organizations or groups, residency is determined by the address of the organization’s headquarters.
- Registration priority will follow this order:
- Resident Annual Well Members
- Resident non-members and non-resident Annual Well Members
About the Process
Rental registration opens alongside program registration each season. All rental requests must be submitted online through RecTrac.
Requests are processed through a permitting system; after you submit a request, our team will review it, and you will receive an email confirming approval or denial.
Room rentals at The Well include use of the specified rental space only and do not include access to other amenities.
Host a birthday party at The Well!
Choose our birthday party package that includes 1 hour in the Celebration Room and 1 hour in either the pool or gym. Maximum attendance is 30 people. Membership or daily admission is not required for attendees.
