About this program
Float on a large mat and join us for an immersive, full-body floating sound healing experience. Instruments create intentional harmonies that promote relaxation of the mind and body. These experiences are open to all physical abilities, skill levels, and ages but you may feel more comfortable with basic swimming skills.
